These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when using this website, submitting an inquiry or booking photography services.
General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and any inquiry, quotation or booking made with the service provider. By using the website or requesting services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms.
Services
Photography services may include weddings, portraits, editorial sessions, events and other agreed assignments. The exact scope, date, location, deliverables and price will be confirmed in a separate quotation, booking confirmation or service agreement.
Inquiries and Bookings
Submitting an inquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only after the service provider has accepted the request and any required agreement, deposit or advance payment has been received.
Prices and Payments
Prices are stated in the quotation or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, the client must pay the required deposit to secure the date and the remaining balance by the agreed deadline. Additional services, travel or expenses may be charged separately.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling conditions will be specified in the applicable quotation or agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable where the reserved date could not reasonably be offered to another client. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, obtaining any necessary permissions, ensuring access to the location and informing the photographer of important timing, restrictions or safety considerations.
Creative Style and Editing
By booking the service, the client acknowledges the photographer’s visual style and creative approach. Selection, colour grading, retouching and final editing decisions remain part of the photographer’s professional discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery of Photographs
The estimated delivery time and delivery method will be stated in the quotation or agreement. Delivery times may vary depending on the scope of the assignment, seasonal workload and circumstances outside the photographer’s reasonable control.
Copyright and Usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in all photographs remains with the photographer. The client receives a personal usage licence for the delivered images. Commercial publication, resale, alteration or transfer to third parties may require separate written permission.
Portfolio and Promotion
Photographs may be used in the photographer’s portfolio, website, social media, competitions or promotional materials where permitted by the applicable agreement and law. Clients may request additional privacy arrangements before confirming the booking.
Limitation of Liability
The photographer will perform the services with reasonable care and skill. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. The photographer is not responsible for delays, restrictions, weather, venue rules or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including serious illness, natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruption or other exceptional circumstances. The parties will seek a reasonable alternative where possible.
Website Use
Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, copy protected content or use the website in a way that could cause damage or disruption.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law specified in the applicable service agreement or by the law of the service provider’s registered place of business, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version displayed on this page applies to website use from the date shown above. Booking-specific terms remain governed by the agreement accepted for that booking.
